When purchasing a new property – you will be advised to provide the contractor/developer with a ‘snag list’. This list identified the issues that require fixing, before you complete the purchase. With almost 30 years of experience of designing and inspecting buildings on a wide range of property types, size and condition. My experience gives ability to recognise poor quality work and issues that lead to later problems and to provide a detailed snag list.
